Disappointed

The view of the roof top restaurant was amazing The servers at the same restaurant were helpful and friendly and the food was good

The check in process was completely disaster,the receptionist was rude we came two hours before our check in timing she insisted to take extra fees when we refused she talked to us in a very bad way and we waited for more than two hours to check in

Even though the view from roof was awesome Glad we only booked fo one night

That it had a great view of pyramids from roof terrace

This is a old run down dirty building in a dirty neighborhood. Which is fine if they disclose this and the price reflects. I think there must be better value in Cairo

Good location but not comfortable due to excessive noise

The pyramids view from the top of the hotel was incredible

The noise came from the road just outside the hotel, you could not possibly sleep 5 minutes . All rooms at the front of the hotel in the need of double glazing .

Special thanks for Mr Ramy “the receptionist” he made me love the hotel in spite of many notes there but his hospitality and he recevied me with smiley faces View was really good

Hotel personnel were dedicated to make you comfortable as much as you can, they had very good fast responses to any customers requests, honestly housing you in best view outside room, wide range of facilities make you always busy.

The staff was too bad especially those on reception. Some staff tried to take money from me as a tips for nothing. Very noise from the street downstairs. Uncleanliness room with a lot of flies.

The cleanliness did not exist inside the room or anywhere else . Aircondition did not work . Fridge was rusty and didn't work Dust everywhere . Window had smudge marks The bath had dirty marks. The cup in the bathroom had dirty marks. The sun loungers had dust and dirt all over them. The main areas where dirty. There was strong chemicals smell in the morning as they cleaned the floor's outside the rooms . Good location, but the whole hotel could have done with a good scrub.

Very very dirty place

It's not an Hotel. It's a building with discusting furnitures and services. No water,catel,mini bar in the room, bathroom is dirty. To conclude I made checkout after making check in with three hours, bcuase I couldn't take a shower or sleep at this dirty place.

The hotel is very old and dated, does need a good...

The hotel is very old and dated, does need a good refurbishment, toilet was leaking , shower broken, mini fridge didn’t even work. Aircon nice and cold but made the room smell weird, Got bitten a few times by bed bugs but the sheets looked pretty clean, rooftop was really nice, very good view of the pyramids , but of course a lot of traffic and noise out side the hotel as your room window is single glazed, and the WiFi was very slow, I wasn’t even able to get it in my room as it was too far, and I had to pay extra for my room as I wasn’t from Egypt. I know this is a law but come on.... that’s pretty racist . Apart from that I probably wouldn’t stay there again 1 night is enough, two days to see the sites in Giza

Comfortable and relaxing

The room was very nice upstairs and the view was good.big room with Good tv and A.c.. Bathroom was big and there was bathroom amenties just th toilet bidet need to be fixed but small thing. Only the thing wasn't good the WI-FI veryyyy slow and not connected in all the room. Hussein from the concerige was very helpful and helped me to store my luggage till I return from work also he escorted me to the taxi. In general i will come again thank you all.
